FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

The practical questions businesses ask before they move stock into a UK warehouse.

Third-party logistics (3PL) fulfilment means a specialist warehouse partner stores your products and prepares customer orders on your behalf. You keep ownership of the stock and the customer relationship. The warehouse receives goods, holds them, picks and packs orders, and hands them to a courier or freight service.

Yes. Pallet storage is available for full pallets, part pallets and stock that will later be broken down into a pick face. The right location depends on how the product is handled and how quickly it turns.

Yes. Shopify stores can be connected so paid orders are released to the warehouse for picking. The same approach applies to WooCommerce and other stores that can send order data in a reliable format. The connection is confirmed during onboarding.

Yes. Amazon FBA preparation covers the labelling, packaging, carton content and booking requirements Amazon sets for stock sent into its network. Requirements change by product and marketplace, so they are agreed before the first shipment.

Yes. B2B fulfilment covers wholesale and trade orders, including larger carton picks, pallet builds and the paperwork a retailer or distributor expects with a delivery.

Yes. Returned parcels can be booked back to the warehouse, checked against your rules and then restocked, quarantined or set aside. The inspection standard is agreed per account.

International parcels and freight can be arranged where a suitable service exists for the destination, product and paperwork. Customs information has to be accurate before the goods leave the warehouse.

Yes. Capacity is planned around your current stock and a sensible allowance for peaks. Additional pallet or shelf space can be discussed as the range or volume grows, rather than requiring you to lease a building of your own.

Dispatch timing depends on the courier, the time the order is received and the cut-off agreed for your account. Many accounts are set up so orders received before that cut-off leave the same working day. The exact cut-off is confirmed when the account opens.
